This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms and Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with Forge Deals.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

At Forge Deals, we offer fast, reliable, and secure delivery across the UK. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

FREE DELIVERY — ALL ORDERS

We offer FREE delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.

Depending on the order and delivery service available, orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION

For delivery purposes, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders Monday–Thursday Before 3:00 PM

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday are generally dispatched the same working day and are expected to arrive on the next working day where Next Working Day Delivery applies.

Orders After 3:00 PM on Thursday

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Thursday are generally dispatched on Friday and are expected to arrive on Monday, subject to courier service availability and any applicable public holiday.

Orders After 3:00 PM Friday – Sunday

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday through Sunday are generally dispatched on Monday and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING & UPDATES

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can track your parcel at any time using our Track Your Order feature.

If you do not receive your dispatch or tracking email, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting us.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times stated above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, our team will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date where available.
