This warranty covers eligible defects and functional faults that arise during normal use, subject to the terms and exclusions of this policy.

Eligible refurbished mobile phones are supplied with 85%+ battery health guaranteed at the time of sale. Battery health is assessed as part of our device inspection process.

Battery health is a condition guarantee at the time of sale and does not mean the battery will remain at the same percentage throughout future use.

13-Month Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible brand-new devices may include a 13-month manufacturer warranty, where provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms and conditions.

What Our Warranty Covers

Where applicable, warranty coverage may include eligible hardware or functional faults that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or other excluded circumstances.

Customers should contact us before returning a product under warranty so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
