At Forge Deals, operated by FENIX FORGE LTD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every order is backed by a clear and fair return policy.

We offer a 14-Day Return Period from the date you receive your order in accordance with UK distance selling regulations, in addition to our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy (unless otherwise stated in the product listing).

Return Reasons & Conditions

1. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts

  • Faulty or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible for prompt resolution.

  • Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items should include original packaging and accessories where possible.

2. Item Arrived Damaged

  • Please notify us promptly if your item arrives damaged.

  • A courier statement or photos may be requested as proof of damage.

  • Items should include original packaging and accessories where possible.

3. Changed Mind or Ordered by Mistake

  • You may return your product within 14 days of receipt under UK distance selling regulations.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • A deduction may apply if the item shows signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, in line with UK consumer law.

  • Certain accessories (e.g. hygiene-related or sealed items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

  • A valid tracking number must be provided when returning items.


Return Shipping

  • For faulty, incorrect, or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

  • If a prepaid label is not available, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed upon receipt.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.


After 30 Days

  • After 30 days, items may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) and UK consumer law.

  • Repairs or replacements may be offered where appropriate.


Important Notes

  • Always include your order number with your return.

  • Devices must be reset to factory settings, with all data, passwords, and iCloud/Google accounts removed before return.

  • Lost or missing accessories may affect the refund amount where applicable.

  • Once your return is received, please allow 1–3 working days for inspection and processing.


Refunds

  • Refunds are available for returns requested within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection.

  • Funds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For Klarna or Clearpay purchases, refunds will be processed in line with their terms and conditions.
