At Forge Deals, operated by FENIX FORGE LTD, we want our returns process to be clear and straightforward.

We offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, use the Contact Form on our website or email info@forgedealsonline.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for return, and wait for return instructions before sending the item back.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to this policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Return Reasons & Conditions

1. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or has missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible. Where applicable, your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply.

2. Item Arrived Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We may request reasonable evidence to investigate the issue.

3. Changed Mind or Ordered by Mistake

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind or order by mistake.

The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, subject to reasonable inspection and applicable law.

A deduction may apply where the value of the product has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, where permitted by applicable law.

Product Condition for Returns

Returned products should be in the condition and cosmetic grade in which they were supplied, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

Returned products should include supplied accessories and components where possible.

For electronic devices, customers should remove personal information, passwords, and linked accounts before returning the product.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail. Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For faulty, incorrect, or damaged products, Forge Deals will provide a prepaid return label where applicable or reimburse reasonable return postage where applicable.

For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received, please allow approximately 1–3 working days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For Klarna or Clearpay purchases, refunds are also subject to the applicable payment provider's processing procedures.

After 30 Days

Requests made after the standard 30-day return period will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights and any applicable product or manufacturer warranty. Where appropriate, repair, replacement, or another remedy may be offered.

Important Information for Device Returns

Back up personal data.
Reset the device to factory settings.
Remove personal data and passwords.
Sign out of and remove iCloud, Google, or other linked accounts.
Include supplied accessories and components where possible.
Include your order number.

Missing components or damage beyond reasonable inspection may affect the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
