If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
How to Start a Return
To request a return or refund, please:
⚠️ Please wait for confirmation before dispatching your item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any loss.
Return Reasons & Conditions
1. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts
2. Item Arrived Damaged

Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

A written statement may be required from the courier as proof of shipping damage.

Item must include all original packaging and accessories.
3. Changed Mind or Ordered by Mistake

Clearance sale items may not be eligible for return (check product description).

Item must be in original sealed, unopened packaging.

If seal is broken, 10–70% deduction may apply depending on product condition.

Generic accessories are non-returnable.

Tracking number must be provided once item is shipped back.
Return Shipping

For reasons (1 & 2), we provide a prepaid return label (where possible).

If a prepaid label is not available, you may need to arrange return shipping, and we will reimburse the postage.

For reason (3) (changed mind/mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping. A prepaid label can be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
After 30 Days

Returns are only accepted under manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

Items will be repaired (not refunded).

Customer pays return shipping.
Important Notes

Always include your order number inside or outside the parcel.

Devices must be reset to factory settings, with all data, passwords, locks, and IDs removed.

Do not return accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.) unless requested—lost accessories cannot be refunded.

Once your parcel is delivered to our returns centre, please allow 1–3 working days for processing.
Refunds

Refunds are not applicable after 30 days of purchase (except under warranty repair).

Refunds are issued within 3 working days after inspection of returned item.

It may take up to 14 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Orders cancelled via Clearpay or Klarna may incur a 10% deduction (including shipping fees) if cancelled due to incorrect address, change of mind, or customer mistake.
