At Forge Deals Online UK, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every order is backed by a clear and fair return policy.
We now offer a 14-Day Return Period from the date you receive your order, in addition to our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy (unless otherwise stated in the product listing).

Return Reasons & Conditions
1. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts
Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Item must include all original packaging and accessories.
2. Item Arrived Damaged
Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
A courier statement may be required as proof of shipping damage.
Item must include all original packaging and accessories.
3. Changed Mind or Ordered by Mistake
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt.
Clearance or sale items may not be eligible (check product description).
Item must be in original sealed, unopened packaging.
If the seal is broken, a 10–70% deduction may apply depending on product condition.
Generic accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.) are non-returnable.
A valid tracking number must be provided once returned.
Return Shipping
Reasons (1 & 2): We will provide a prepaid return label (where possible).
If a prepaid label is not available, you may need to arrange shipping, and we will reimburse the cost.
Reason (3): The customer is responsible for return postage. A prepaid label can be issued, with the cost deducted from your refund.
After 30 Days
Returns are only accepted under the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
Items will be repaired (not refunded).
Customer pays return shipping.
Important Notes
Always include your order number inside or outside the parcel.
Devices must be reset to factory settings, with all data, passwords, locks, and IDs removed.
Do not return accessories unless requested – lost accessories cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received, please allow 1–3 working days for inspection and processing.
